Designed for standard 30-inch electric ranges with up to 5 burners. Perfect for cooking pancakes, toasting buns, grilling fajitas, and more. Pre-heat gently by setting all available burners on low to medium heat so the flat top can heat evenly. Once it is up to temperature, it will stay there! You can set different heating zones (but never leave any burners entirely off to prevent warping of your flat top). For easy clean up, use only water while the flat top is still hot to steam clean stubborn food bits. This Stovetop Griddle is unique, durable, and exceptionally functional and will only get better with age!
